hahahaha. He’s right, of course 😛 I do not like turning left off Mass Ave onto 13th. But it has more to do with inconveniencing the other drivers on the 2 lanes going in that direction than anything to do with the actual act of “turning left” .. hehe.
For those who don’t know, that particular left turn is at the top of a small incline after coming out from an underpass from Thomas Circle. When cars are trying to turn left there, it’s kind of sudden for those coming out of the underpass. Not a huge deal… but if I know I want to go that way ahead of time, I can just as easily take Rode Island off Scott Circle – which is what I’ll generally do.
